De Silva Structures work closely with architects to design new residential and commercial properties as well as the refurbishment and conversion of older buildings.
We believe that early collaboration between the professionals leads to a successful and enduring building scheme. Where possible we will assist the development of the design from the start to avoid encountering unexpected problems thereby saving time and costs.
Employing computerised drawing systems and design software packages, we are able to provide the client with a fast and economic design to the current British Standards and Codes of Practice. All our design work is carried out in accordance with our responsibilities as 'designers' in relation to the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.
All our projects are overseen by a chartered engineer and we carry full professional indemnity insurance.
