Where properties are in need of structural and general repairs De Silva Structures offer a full reporting and contract administration service.
We would first visit the property and carry out an inspection to determine its overall condition and identify any defects and essential works that need to be undertaken. Following this, we would prepare a specification for the remedial works and, if required, obtain competitive quotes from builders known to us. Whilst the works are progressing on site we can carry out site inspections and agree the contractor's valuations.
