STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS
De Silva Structures provide structural calculations and construction details for all types of structural alterations and extensions to domestic and commercial properties.
We will visit the site, discuss and advise you on your proposals and then carry out a measured survey and produce drawings and calculations. Alternatively, if an architect is employed we can liaise with them and work from their drawings.
We can also obtain building regulation approval, tender prices from known contractors and inspect the works on site.
If unauthorised structural alterations have been undertaken to a property in the past, we are able to carry out inspections and undertake calculations to determine the adequacy of the supporting structure. When necessary, we can provide details for remedial works required to obtain building regulation regularisation.
